This book covers the syllabus for the SQA award of Administration at Intermediate 2 and Higher level. This award has approximately 80 hours of information technology content at each level and approximately 40 hours of administrative activity and theory at each level. The book concentrates on the following Acirc;middot; An introductory theory section for each topic Acirc;middot; Short graded practical activities and exercises Acirc;middot; Short theoretical written questions. The use of graded practical exercises, activities and written questions will use progressive steps to encourage students to develop the higher order skills necessary at Higher level in both administrative tasks and information technology.
