When Michael visits the aquarium on a school trip, something strange happens: without thinking, he dives into the water and swims with the dolphins as if he has done it all his life. His mother realizes that she must explain his mysterious affinity for dolphins and soon reveals some facts about his past. Together they travel to the Bahamas, where Michael was born and where his father mysteriously disappeared. He must then overcome many dangers to find out the truth about his past.
